While the sheer trend may be on its way out in favor of über-short hemlines and pantsless street style, Rachel Bilson is making a strong case to keep it going.
On February 9, Bilson attended SCAD TVfest at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia to promote her upcoming series, Accused. For press junket, the 41-year-old actor wore a completely sheer turtleneck over a black bra, softening the going-out top by pairing it with an oversized textured cream suit. To keep the look on the right side of casual, Bilson wore her ombré caramel-brunette hair down in lightly tousled waves and opted for a youthful, glowing makeup look with a dramatic black winged liner.
The result: an office-to-nightclub look nearly anyone could pull off (just make sure to keep the blazer buttoned at your desk).
Last we heard, Rachel Bilson headed into the new year with a new boyfriend. Two years after her breakup from comedian Bill Hader, Bilson revealed that she is no longer single during an appearance on the podcast in August 2022. “Is he bringing you coffee in the morning? Is he bringing you missionary?” host Alex Cooper asked, per , to which the O.C. star replied, “Fuck yeah.”
Though Bilson did not reveal the name of her partner, she was rumored to be dating artist Zac LaRoc after the pair were photographed together in May 2022. She also shares an eight-year-old daughter, Briar Rose, with ex-husband Hayden Christensen.
“So, when I was pregnant, we really were stuck on Millie—cause Hayden and I met in a movie called Jumper and my character’s name was Millie—and then we couldn’t decide if that’s like super lame or super cute,” Bilson said on her podcast in August. Per , that changed when Christensen’s mother pointed out that it sounded “too close to Maleficent.”
They did end up sticking with a Disney theme, naming their daughter Briar after Sleeping Beauty. Is there anything Bilson does that isn’t completely adorable?
