**Kontoor Brands Appoints Scott Baxter as New CFO**
**GREENSBORO, N.C.**—Kontoor Brands, Inc. has announced the appointment of Scott Baxter as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President effective January 9, 2023. Baxter will report to Kontoor Brands CEO Tom Waldron.
Baxter joins Kontoor Brands from PVH Corp., where he served as CFO from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, he held various finance leadership roles at VF Corporation from 2000 to 2020, including CFO of VF’s Outdoor & Action Sports Coalition from 2017 to 2020, and CFO of VF’s International division from 2011 to 2017.
